Refund Policy for Fresh Folio

Digital Downloads Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once you have purchased a digital product from Fresh Folio and the download link has been sent or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Why no refunds? Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be returned. Once you have access to the file, the service is considered “delivered.”

Issues with your order? While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us at hello@freshfolio.shop if:

• You have not received your download link.
• The file is corrupted or won’t open.
• You accidentally purchased the exact same item twice (duplicate order).

In these cases, we are happy to assist you or provide a replacement file.
